There are significant benefits of having your air conditioning well maintained. Many businesses take for granted that when they have their air conditioning systems installed then that is it and it will continue to work indefinitely.
You wouldn’t buy a brand new car and then never get it serviced at regular intervals, one because you may run the risk of the car failing on you, two because this is a requirement of the manufacturer in order the keep the warranty valid and also you want to keep it running as efficiently as possible in order to keep running costs down. These rules apply to air conditioning systems too and many people make this mistake and only call out an engineer when things start to go wrong.
