Installation of Replacement Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery VRF Air Air Conditioning Systems at WS Audiology, Lakeside, Chester
We were contacted by our client who’m we have maintained their current Air Conditioning systems since 2016.
The existing Air Conditioning system had been installed in 2004 and up until recently had operated without any major problems other than indoor fan motors failing which had become obsolete.
The client had made the decision to extend their lease and wanted to futureproof the building which meant replacing the existing Air Conditioning system.
They were happy to replace like for like because their existing system had operated for almost 20 years without any major faults.
We installed the following:-
23No PEFY-P63VMA-E3 ducted type indoor units
4No CMB-M108V-JA1 BC contollers
4No PURY-P400YNWA-A2 Heat Recovery VRF outdoor units
1No AE-200 E Central controller
We worked alongside the clients building contractor carrying out the full installation within normal working hours to a programme to enable minimum disruption to the clients business.
We carried out upgrades such as installing room sensors to achieve better temperature control and the client loved the map of the floor area on the central controller to identify each indoor unit.
