We were contacted by a home owner who recently moved into his new home.
He was complaining that the temperature on the second floor of the town house (bedroom) was quite unbearable in the summer months and would like air conditioning to make the space temperature more comfortable.
We carried out a full site survey of the property accounting for solar gain. The main problem was roof access and installing the services from each bedroom to the outdoor units which would be located on the roof.
The client specified that he wanted us to install MitsubishiElectric wall mounted split a/c units which is one of the industries leaders in the air conditioning market.
A few days later we were asked to price for installing air conditioning within three additional properties with the idea that eh cost of the boom lift could be shared.
We installed 4 number Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-LN35VGW-E1 wall mounted indoor units in town houses with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 number MSZ-GF71VE-E1 wall mounted indoor units in town houses where the second floor was all open plan.
The job was completed within 1 week.
