We were called out by a customer because the heating in the building was not working.
We found the heat pump DX system had lost its gas charge.
We leak tested the system and found a leak on the evaporator coil. We repaired the leak and re –commissioned the system advising the customer to replace the evaporator coil as soon as possible.
The temporary repair meant we had time to source a new evaporator coil reinstate heat back into the building.
